INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Vegan mayonnaise (Trader Joe's has a new exquisite vegan mayo)

  • 2-3 tsp Mitmita Hot Chili Pepper Blend
  • 1 tsp salt , plus more to taste
  • A few grinds of pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1-2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed 

 

STEPS

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes so the garlic flavor can infuse into the aioli. Remove the garlic before use!

Serves: 3-4 | Prep time: 10 minutes
