ETHIOPIAN OATS are native to Ethiopia manually harvested are often stone ground or cracked. Slightly roasted and seasoned used to make Genfo (porridge) or Atmit (hot cereal drink). At childbirth and through maternity moms and guests eat Genfo. It is a traditional MUST do.
