How long will my order take from confirmation to shipping?

When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation from Brundo. Orders will ship within 24 to 72 hours after receiving the order, depending on item availability and normal business hours. Note our office is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so for orders placed on the days we are closed, they will be processed and shipped on the next opening date.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at info@brundo.com and we'll make sure your order is in.

Can I get expedited delivery or same day delivery?

Yes, with additional shipping charges you can get expedited shipping if you place the order during our normal business hours of 10am to 3pm Tuesday to Saturdays. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next day, for expedited delivery.

What are the shipping companies you use?

We use UPS to ship our products.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes we ship internationally. UPS world ship.

Where can I check the status of my order?

When an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive your order after 7 days, please contact us at info@brundo.com.

I am located outside of the U.S. Will I be charged customs fees?

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Satisfying our customers is our top priority and we believe in providing you quality products. Need to contact us prior to returning product. All returns must be in their original box with the order receipt or print. Open containers are not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders or returns. For any product broken in transit please submit pictures of the product and packaging.

Do you have a storefront?

Yes we do. The Brundo store is located at 6419 Telegraph Avenue, in Oakland, CA or warehouse is located at 1960 Mandela Parkway Bay 6, in Oakland, CA.

What is your privacy policy?

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone.

Is it safe shop here?

Absolutely. All transaction are secured and encrypted. We don’t store any of the payment information.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.

Can I use your product images on my blog?

Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products!

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes, you can buy gift cards just like any product in our web site. It act like a digital debit card from denominations we provided up to $200. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Can I check my gift card balance?

Yes, just email info@brundo.com with gift card number in the message and we will let you know your balance.

Can I add more money to my gift card?

Unfortunately, our technology does not allow us process payments in this manner.

How can I become a Wholesaler?

You can apply online by going to business to business section of the website or call email us wholesale@brundo.com or call at 510-289-4050.

What is the Shipping Charge for Wholesale Orders?

Most wholesale orders are shipped within 5 business days from our facility. Actual shipping charges apply for all wholesale orders - shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order, how far it has to be shipped based on zip code, and carrier used, thus the cost will vary. For orders of 15 cases or more shipping fees will be waived within the continental United States.

Is there a Minimum for Wholesale?

There is no minimum for wholesale orders, however, you must order each product by the case in order to get the discount.
