Ethiopian Oats are native to Ethiopia and are carefully harvested and are often blended with a mixture of  spices to make Dabo Kolo - crunchy nutty oats. Fresh ground, slightly roasted oats are used to make Genfo - porridge and Atmit - thick cereal.
