Most of our blends are based on traditional Ethiopian recipes we offer in our Michelin recommended restaurant, Cafe Colucci in Oakland, CA. You can find similar spice blends in markets throughout East Africa. All of our blends are hand sorted for quality and custom blended at our plant in Modjo, Ethiopia.
