We invested in sourcing and blending the best herbs and spices we can find - and we want to make sure you are 100% happy with it. If you don't love it - return it for a full refund!
Returns
If an item is damaged in shipping or something that doesn’t meet your quality expectations please reach out to our customer service team at info@brundo.com - we’ll help get it sorted out quickly!
Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspected. Then we'll issue a refund to the payment you used at the checkout. Payment processing may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment - this can take a few days to process, depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brundo.com to start a return.
