Cleansing Mitmita-Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons Mitmita 
3 tablespoons Ird (Turmeric)
3 tablespoons ground ginger
3 cups of fresh pineapple (frozen optional)
4 cups orange juice 
1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated (optional, for an extra kick!)

PREPARATION

Chop fresh pineapple into bite-size pieces 

STEPS 

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, makes about 6 cups

Serves: 4-6 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Blending time: 3-5 minutes
